With regard to the Criminal Proceedings etc (Reform) (Scotland) Bill, the paper from the clerk proposes that we adopt level 2 scrutiny, which will involve seeking written evidence from the bodies that are outlined in the paper on which costs will fall, and taking oral evidence from Executive officials. Do members agree to that suggestion?
