Item 2 is the familiarisation visit that the committee went on a fortnight ago. I am pretty sure that I speak for us all when I say that we are relieved that the trip did not take place this morning but on a bright, sunny, dry winter’s day. Members have before them a note by the clerk, summarising our visit. No member wishes to comment on the note, so I think that we agree that there are no revisions to be made to it. The note has already been published as part of the papers for the meeting.
