Good morning, colleagues. Welcome to the 11th meeting in 2010 of the European and External Relations Committee. We have received apologies from Bill Wilson; unfortunately, he cannot be with us as he is on Rural Affairs and Environment Committee business. We look forward to seeing him at our next meeting.
