Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to the seventh meeting in 2012 of the European and External Relations Committee. I request that all mobile phones and other electronic devices be switched off, as they interfere with the electronic equipment.

Agenda item 1 is consideration of whether the committee wants to take item 6 in private. Item 6 is an update paper on our proposed conference for horizon 2020. Is the committee content to take that item in private?
