Agenda item 5 is the committee's remit. We have had no update on the discussions. The clerk had an urgent meeting with Executive officials and sought information on definitions, which the Executive has not yet provided. The Executive has changed the relevant remit and introduced a new concept, but no one can define that concept. We cannot proceed until we receive that definition.
