Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the third meeting of the European Committee in 2000. I would like to welcome Mr Michael Roberts, who is a senior official in the European secretariat of the Cabinet Office in London. No doubt he is coming to Scotland to see how things should be done properly. I hope that that will be fed back.
