There is one further brief item of business on the agenda. My convener's report has only one item, which is the letter from the Scottish Executive on tripartite contracts and agreements. I hope that members have had a chance to look at the letter. If members are happy with the recommendation that we should note the letter and welcome the Executive's comments, we can close the meeting.
It was helpful to receive the further clarification. We can see from the information that has been provided that some clarity is required from the European Commission and that the difficulty was not from within the Scottish Executive.
