Decision on Taking Business in Private

The Convener (Irene Oldfather):

Welcome to the ninth meeting in 2009 of the European and External Relations Committee. I have apologies from Charlie Gordon, Jamie Hepburn and Jim Hume, and Sandra White will be a little late this morning.

Agenda item 1 is to agree to take items 4 and 5 in private, item 4 being final consideration of our draft report on the European Union's response to the financial crisis and item 5 being consideration of our international work programme. Is that agreed?

Members indicated agreement.
