Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 15th meeting in 2015 of the European and External Relations Committee. We have received apologies from our colleague Hanzala Malik, and we send him our best wishes. We also welcome to the committee his substitute, Claire Baker. Finally, I make the usual request for mobile phones to be switched off, as they interfere with the broadcasting system.

We move to agenda item 2, which is a decision on taking business in private. Does the committee agree to take item 5 in private?
