Good morning everyone and welcome to the first meeting of the Equal Opportunities Committee after the Easter recess. I hope that you all had a good time and a bit of a rest. We have apologies from Marilyn Livingstone and Sandra White. I welcome Tricia Marwick to the meeting as Sandra White's substitute.

Agenda item 1 is to consider whether to take in private item 5, which is on the committee's approach to our disability inquiry. Is it agreed that we take item 5 in private?
