Good morning. I welcome everyone to the 16th meeting of the Equal Opportunities Committee in 2005 and I remind everyone that mobile phones should be turned off. I have received an apology for absence from Sandra White.

Item 1 is to decide whether to take item 3 in private. Do members agree that we should take item 3 in private, as in that item we will be dealing with a draft report that the committee has not yet agreed?
