Members received a briefing paper on choosing the convener and deputy convener. Members will know that, on 4 June, Parliament agreed to motion S2M-107, which resolved that members of the Labour party are eligible to be chosen as convener of the Equal Opportunities Committee. I invite nominations of members of the Labour party for the position of convener.

I nominate Cathy Peattie.
