Decision on Taking Business in Private

The Convener (Karen Whitefield):

Good morning. I open the third meeting in 2009 of the Education, Lifelong Learning and Culture Committee and welcome all those who are in attendance. I remind everyone that mobile phones and BlackBerrys should be switched off for the duration of the meeting.

Agenda item 1 is to decide whether to consider our stage 1 report on the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Bill in private today and at future meetings. Is that agreed?

Members indicated agreement.
