I welcome everyone to the second meeting in 2009 of the Education, Lifelong Learning and Culture Committee. I welcome, too, Alex Neil, who is attending the meeting for agenda item 2. Under item 1, we must decide whether to take in private item 6, which is our consideration of the consultation by the Review of SPCB Supported Bodies Committee. Do we agree to take item 6 in private?
