Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I open this second meeting in the new year of the Education, Lifelong Learning and Culture Committee and remind everyone present that mobile phones and BlackBerrys should be switched off for the duration of the meeting. I have received apologies from Claire Baker and Margaret Smith, who are both running late.

Agenda item 1 is to agree to take item 3, which is consideration of the committee's work programme, in private. Is that agreed?
