Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I open the 14th meeting in 2010 of the Education, Lifelong Learning and Culture Committee. I remind all of those present that mobile phones and BlackBerrys should be switched off for the duration of the meeting. We have received no apologies. I understand that Claire Baker is running a little late but intends to join the committee as soon as she can.

Agenda item 1 is to decide whether to consider the committee’s draft stage 1 report on the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Bill in private at this meeting and future meetings. Is that agreed?
