Good morning. I open the 9th meeting of the Enterprise and Lifelong Learning Committee.
As part of a dangerous plot by Margo MacDonald, I now have the throat lurgy. I appeal to members not to require me to impose much shouting and bawling today, as that would be outwith my capability.
Our agenda today comprises two items, one of which will be taken in public and one in private. At the end of the first item we will move into private session and I will ask members of the public to leave.
