Good morning and welcome to the second meeting in 2015 of the Economy, Energy and Tourism Committee. I welcome members, our witnesses—whom I will come to in a moment—and our visitors in the gallery. I remind everyone to turn off, or at least to turn to silent, all mobile phones and other electrical devices so that they do not `interfere with the sound equipment. We have received no apologies, so we should have a full house of members.
Agenda item 2 is to ask members whether they are content to take in private item 4, which will be a review of the evidence that we will hear. Do members agree to do so?
