I welcome everyone to the Economy, Energy and Tourism Committee's second meeting in 2009. Agenda item 1 is consideration of whether to take in private item 4, which is on a draft report that we will submit to another committee. Discussing that report in public is inappropriate until we have approved it and the committee to which we are reporting has seen it. Do members agree to take that item in private?
