Are members content to delegate to the convener responsibility for arrangements for the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body to pay, under rule 12.4.3, any expenses of witnesses attending forthcoming evidence sessions in relation to our inquiry into social enterprises and employee-owned businesses?
