Electronic Documents (Scotland) Regulations 2014 (SSI 2014/83)
Agenda item 2 is consideration of the Electronic Documents (Scotland) Regulations 2014. The clerks have circulated the papers on the regulations, which relate to requirements for electronic documents and electronic signatures as referred to in section 1(2) of the Requirements of Writing (Scotland) Act 1995, as amended by the Land Registration etc (Scotland) Act 2012.
The regulations are subject to the negative procedure. As members have no comments, are we content for the regulations to come into force?
