Decisions on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 20th meeting in 2014 of the Economy, Energy and Tourism Committee. I welcome members and our guests and remind everyone to turn off—or at least turn to silent—all mobile phones and other electronic devices so that they do not interfere with the sound system.

We have no apologies this morning, so we have a full house of members. I hope that everyone is suitably refreshed after our short recess.

Item 1 is to ask committee members whether they are content to take the consideration of our work programme at our next meeting in private. Is that agreed?

Under item 2, are members content that we take item 4 on today’s agenda, which is just a discussion of the evidence heard, in private?
