I seek the committee's agreement to take in private further consideration of our draft report on the Scottish Borders inquiry and our final report on the Education (Disability Strategies and Pupils' Records) (Scotland) Bill. Are members all agreed?

Members indicated agreement.

I also ask the committee's permission to move agenda item 2, which is our consideration of the draft report on the Scottish Borders inquiry, to the end of the agenda. That will allow us to hear our witnesses on the Scottish Qualifications Authority Bill and to take the two items in private together.
