Agenda item 2 is on petition PE694, on which a paper has been circulated. Members will recall that the petitioner was asked to give evidence to the committee as part of our broadband inquiry. As the paper explains, we have addressed the petitioner's concerns to a large extent in one of the main recommendations of our report.
