Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome members to the 21st meeting of the Education and Culture Committee in 2012. I remind members and those in the public gallery to ensure that all mobile phones and other electronic devices are switched off—not just switched to silent—at all times. No apologies have been received for this morning’s meeting.

Agenda item 1 is to consider whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. Are members content to do that?
