I welcome members to the 19th meeting in 2015 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee. In particular, I welcome James Kelly, who is acting as a substitute for Margaret McCulloch, who has submitted her apologies. As always, I ask members to switch off their mobile phones.
