I open the 27th meeting of the Communities Committee in 2005. I remind everyone present that mobile phones should be turned off.
Agenda item 1 is to ask members to consider in private item 2, which is the committee's draft report to the Finance Committee on the Scottish Executive's draft budget for 2006-07. As no one has indicated that they want to comment on the proposal, are we agreed that item 2 be taken in private?
