Item 2 is a declaration of interests. I am pleased to welcome an old accomplice of mine from a previous committee, Mary Mulligan, who is the Labour Party nominee to replace Rhona Brankin on the Audit Committee. I am pleased to see her here today and to ask if she wishes to make an oral statement or declare any registered interests.
