The Committee considered correspondence received from the Auditor General for Scotland, the Water Industry Commission for Scotland and the Scottish Government in relation to the 2022/23 audit of the Water Industry for Scotland and agreed its future approach to scrutiny.

The Committee considered correspondence received from the Scottish Government in relation to the 2022/23 audit of NHS Forth Valley and agreed to close its scrutiny. The Committee also considered correspondence received from HM Revenue and Customs and the Scottish Government in relation to the Administration of Scottish income tax 2022/23 and agreed to close its scrutiny.
