The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.



5 Non-surgical Procedures and Functions of Medical Reviewers (Scotland) Bill

8 Northern Ireland Troubles Bill (UK Parliament legislation)

The Committee will consider the Legislative Consent Memorandum and the Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum, and powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Bill.



9 Quarterly report

The Committee will consider a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 18 November 2025 to 26 January 2026.
