The Committee considered its work programme. The Committee agreed its approach to its consideration of the Scottish Local Government Elections (Candidacy Rights of Foreign Nationals) Bill. The Committee also agreed that its consideration of evidence heard and its draft report on the Scottish Local Government Elections (Candidacy Rights of Foreign Nationals) Bill should be taken in private at future meetings.
The Committee considered its approach to its review of the Code of Conduct.
