Tricia Meldrum, Senior Manager and Rebecca Smallwood, Audit Manager, Audit Scotland;

4 Early learning and childcare: Progress on delivery of the 1,140 hours expansion (In Private):

The Committee considered the evidence heard at agenda items 2 and 3 and agreed to invite the Scottish Government and the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities to give oral evidence at a future meeting.


5 Work programme In Private):

The Committee considered a written submission from the former Director of Ferguson Marine Engineering Limited in response to its report, New vessels for the Clyde and Hebrides: Arrangements to deliver vessels 801 and 802. As a first step, the Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government to seek further information.
