4 Subordinate legislation:

The Committee agreed that the following instrument had been laid under the appropriate procedure; the negative procedure— Environment and Trade in Animals and Related Products (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2022

 The Convener noted that the Committee had received a short private legal and policy briefing on the instrument.

The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instrument.
