The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence conferred on Scottish Ministers and UK Ministers in the Bill.



10 Product Regulation and Metrology Bill (UK Parliament legislation)

The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence conferred on UK Ministers in the Bill.



11 Work programme

The Committee will consider its options for a fact finding visit in relation to the inquiry into framework legislation and Henry VIII powers.
