Background

The Committee has agreed to hold a series of sessions on post-EU constitutional issues, including on the implementation of the Trade and Co-Operation Agreement, intergovernmental relations, retained EU law, and implementation of the Ireland/Northern Ireland Protocol.


Northern Ireland Protocol Bill 

Following the publication of the Committees report on the Legislative Consent Memorandum for the Northern Ireland Protocol Bill (UK Parliament Legislation) the Convener wrote to:
