Good morning and welcome to the Public Audit and Post-legislative Scrutiny Committee’s 28th meeting in 2019. I ask everyone in the gallery to turn off their phones or switch them to silent, please. We have received apologies from Anas Sarwar and Alex Neil. I welcome John Mason, who is attending in place of Alex Neil. Item 1 is to invite John Mason to declare any relevant interests to the committee.
