The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Managed Accommodation and Testing) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/74) were laid before the Parliament on 15 February 2021 and referred to the Health and Sport Committee.
They are laid under section 94(1) (International Travel) of the Public Health etc. (Scotland) Act 2008. In such situations section 122(7) applies.
