1. The Committee determined that it did not need to draw the Parliament's attention to the instruments set out by the relevant lead committee in this report.

2. The Committee welcomed the Scottish Government's prompt action in withdrawing and relaying the draft First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Social Security Chamber and Upper Tribunal for Scotland (Composition) Regulations 2018 in response to the Committee's recommendations made at its meeting on 2 October 2018.
