Members must abide by the policies adopted by the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB).
In abiding by these policies, Members should have due regard to the interaction between the different SPCB policies as well as the Seven Principles of Public Life commonly known as the Nolan Principles. The principles underpin the appropriate use of parliamentary resources as set out in the SPCB’s policies, and the high standard by which all Members are expected to abide.
