The first error is that regulation 7(2) relates to how an individual’s ability to carry out both daily living and mobility activities is to be determined, and therefore that regulation 7(2)(a) should refer to both the tables in schedule 1, at part 2, on “Daily Living Activities”, and part 3, on “Mobility Activities”.
