To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will list, by Health Board area, the Scottish Hospitals with in-patient paediatric services, and indicate how many of these services are currently subject to review.
It will not, however, abolish udal tenure, which is already non-feudal.Entails will be abolished, and the title of baron will be separated from the land. Many obsolete Acts and provisions will be repealed.

This has been carried out every year since 1999, however, the annual sample sizes for many local authorities are very small, as are the sample sizes for larger families.
Part of that will be European funding, but it might also be a matter of seeking funding from the national lottery or other external sources. That is the nature of many organisations now. They will have small teams of people who do that job.
That is because we are reversing the tide of many years of legislation, which was based on the assumption that local authorities should do only what Parliament specifically permitted them to do.
