E lizabeth Leighton and Dr Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee Kate Studd The Scottish Parliament Climate Emergency Edinburgh Response Group EH99 1SP Email: [email protected] Via email only 26 March 2024 Dear Elizabeth and Kate, Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee scrutiny of local government’s role in delivery a net zero Scotland Last year the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee published a report on the role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland.
