I was pleased to see the dialysis unit at Wick hospital last year. NHS Highland has tried to get more such facilities into local communities, although I am not aware of the decision that may have been made today.

I would be particularly interested if Arthur Midwinter were able to provide information about trends in the communities portfolio.I am also interested in cross-cutting issues. It has not been possible to get information about how those are dealt with in the Executive's budget at a level at which I feel comfortable that I can see what is happening.
