However, we are committed to monitoring the impact of the act and I can assure Alex Johnstone that we will collect information this year and annually thereafter about the number of limited duration tenancies and short limited duration tenancies that are in effect on a given date, and about the amount of agricultural land held under such tenancies. We are actively investigating the optimal way of collecting the new information, which will place minimal additional form-filling burdens on farmers.

(S2O-1155) As part of the implementation of "Hungry for Success", the recent report of the expert panel on school meals, we expect all schools to end the active promotion or advertising of fizzy, sugary soft drinks within the dining room before December 2004 for primary and special schools and December 2006 for secondaries.
