Can I suggest that, when we are to consider Scottish statutory instruments, we tell the Executive that we need to get them at least 10 to 14 days beforehand?
I have given an example of an area in which gender may not be immediately obvious. The outcome may be to get more women into work, but we are getting more women into poorly paid, low-status occupations.
