The group will examine the arrangements for the DSS transfer of resources and improvements that might be made to throughcare and aftercare services for care leavers. We will get a share of the funding consequentials in relation to those matters and my information is that the first of those funds will be available in 2002-03.

The rules for RSA do not differentiate—indigenous companies apply and are successful in their applications. I agree that we need to get that message across and do more to encourage indigenous growth.
