Designation of Institutions of Higher Education (Scotland) Order 2006 (SSI 2006/279) My brief suggests that we ask why article 3 omits words that are not in the 1992 order—it is not clear to me what that means. I do not get that, either. The brief could have been clearer.

The price of having only one meeting a fortnight is that we have a lot of work to get through in each meeting. We might want to review the matter at some stage, although I sense that members prefer a fortnightly meeting that runs for three hours to a weekly meeting that runs for one and a half hours.
