Indeed, the quality and reputation of Scottish farming benefit from the natural produce that we in Scotland boast about at home and abroad. Farmers who are lucky enough to get on the organic aid scheme might get a little bit more money, but the First Minister is missing the point.

The issue was not raised yesterday during the question-and-answer session at the CHP conference, but that is not to say that the problem does not exist. We have told the boards to get CHPs established, to get the processes sorted out quickly and to start integrating care at local level.

In my book, the provision of purpose-built, pressurised, fixed-wing aircraft suggests that we will have a much safer method of ensuring that passengers get the high quality of care that they deserve as part of their treatment, while they are in the air and at the appropriate location.
