Some of the evidence from the Carbon Trust shows that we benefit a bit more than we should from UK-wide and English funding and activity. Scotland gets better value than it should for the money that it puts in.

You seem to be saying that that sort of activity really should not happen. Are you saying that the Scottish Gamekeepers Association is engaged in a cruel activity?
