Report on Funding of European Union Structural Fund priorities in Scotland, post-Brexit - Purpose

We seek clarification from the UK Government as to the extent to which the approach set out in its strategy will be used to determine the priorities for UKSPF funding. We also heard that, despite some shared priority areas, it is unclear whether the UK Industrial Strategy (and hence the UKSPF) adequately recognises rurality, coastal or island needs across Scotland.
